You are already whole, perfect and complete, but something gets in the way of your knowing and experiencing this truth.
You and I will form a partnership that is safe, secure and trusting. Together we will take a look at the things that prevent you from being in a relaxed state of balance (for example shame, blame, fear, anxiety, depression, etc.). As you gradually shift your focus to the human needs that underlie your feelings, your wounds will heal and gaps in development will be filled in. Over time you will increasingly live from a sense of your wholeness.
